A collection of contemporary Jewellery has been created through a technical process that truly challenges the materials used. The inspiration behind my jewellery is the natural development that the materials take on themselves having been through a recycling process. Found natural objects are used within pieces, the interest and reasoning behind the use of these materials is that they appear weathered and worn by time and stress and this idea is followed on through the use of recycled precious metals that are worked, bent, bashed, torn and melted to give it some interesting textures and colours.

The collections aim is to take the off cuts of precious metals that other jewellers consider waste and give them a new chance to show their true potential as beautiful pieces.
